Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning style and motivation of students in class X Phase E in the Science-Chemistry subject. The research was conducted in an odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year at SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research sample was class X students, totaling 317 people. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were obtained using a questionnaire. Data was collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the learning style of students in chemistry learning at SMA Negeri 2 Ungaran which was dominantly practiced by students was visual learning style, (2) the factors that influenced the tendency of students' learning styles were internal and external factors, and (2) factors that influence learning motivation are internal factors in the form of physical and psychological, while external factors are in the form of non-social and social.

Abstract

This study aims to develop student worksheets based on guided discovery learning models to improve students’ reasoning abilities on the material of a three-variable linear equation system. The quality of this LKPD refers to the valid, practical, and effective aspects. This research uses research and development (R&D) research with ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were 29 students of class X MIA-1 SMA Imelda Medan.Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained from the validation expert with a percentage of 79% LKPD are in the valid category, while the results from the validation expert with a percentage of 75% RPP are in the valid category. The practicality of the LKPD is seen from the results of the questionnaire responses of mathematics teachers and students with a percentage of 84% and 85% where the percentage is in the very practical category. The effectiveness of LKPD is seen from the results of classical learning completeness with a percentage of 86% where the category is very effective.

Abstract

Kampar Regency, especially the Polres area, is an area that often experiences stagnant water when it rains with high intensity and long duration. The existing drainage condition is not sufficient to accommodate rainwater runoff. The purpose of this research is to review the hydrological aspects and the capacity of the drainage canals that cause inundation in Kampar Regency, as well as to design and determine the location for the construction of a directional drainage (Short-cut). Rain data used is the last 10 years. The design rain is calculated based on the analysis of the frequency distribution of the log person type III method. The research results show that Qcapacity > Runoff. The design channel length is 190 meters with a 1000x1200 u-ditch drainage type.

Abstract

Problems with economical ordering, safety stock, and when to reorder (ROP) within one year. The results of the study used the EOQ method to purchase 1,470 bottles of goods with an order frequency of 1 time per year. Based on the analysis using the EOQ method, it can maintain the stability of the customer request process. With EOQ you can also reduce the cost of saving from Rp. 1,360,000 to Rp. 1,176,000.-.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to know the effect of papaya leaf flour (Carica Papaya) as an additional feed in the superior village chickens for balitnak feed on daily body weight gain and fee conversion. The experiment used 80 superior five week old native chickens. They were fed control diet + 0% papaya leaf meal (P0), control diet + 10% papaya leaf meal (P1), control diet + 11,5% papaya leaf meal (P3) for 30 days. The control feed contained 21% crude protein and energy metabolism of 3000 kcal kg. The study used a quantitative method with a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and replications. The results showed that the ration had an effect (P>0,05) on feed consumption. The coclusion of the study showed that the addition of papaya leaf flour contect (Carica Papaya) up to 13% as a feed additive in high-yielding native chickens had no effect on daily body weight gain and fedd.
